We press once a week, and only what has been ordered

Goals, taste, allergies, anything you avoid. It takes a few minutes and we only ask it once.

We build your week
Every bottle is chosen for your profile — not picked off a shelf, and never containing something you told us to keep out.

Pressed fresh, handed over
Produce bought the day before the press, and pressed the day before it reaches you. Local pickup or local delivery only.
This week's rhythm
Orders close Wednesday night. We buy the produce Thursday against a list that can no longer change, press Thursday into Friday, and hand over Saturday - so what you collect was pressed the day before, not the week before. Miss the cutoff and you join the following week; nothing sits in a warehouse.
